If Babar Azam can self-coach himself then why can't the others?

After hearing numerous Babar Azam interviews, one can accurately conclude that Babar self analyses and coaches himself on his own weaknesses. This has made him a great batsman who is always improving. If Babar can do that and also have results to show for it. My question is why cant other batsman like shahzad, umar akmal, fakhar zaman, and haris sohail all do the same??

We always wondered the same about Ganguly a gifted timer who didn't do justice to his Test career. From what i heard Ganguly never had any length of net session like Dravid/Sachin.

It’s about hunger and ambition.

When you see hear Babar speak you get the sense that he doesn’t want to get ahead of himself and still thinks there is a lot to achieve in his career which he is not even close to. And in order to achieve that he has to work very hard on his game.

On the other hand, our other batsmen like Umar Akmal, Shehzad and now I think unfortunately even Haris are okay as long as they are in the Pakistan team. They don’t have any ambitions of being world beaters. They overrate their ability and performances.

Because no one is born the same. Hence why they learn differently. Some need to be motivated, some are motivated.
