LOL... knowing that rain is there and the game could be shortened, he still chose to bat first but the game washed out luckily... No one trusts you Hesson Bhai... You were clueless.

Across the five T20 World Cups Babar has played, he has faced 217 deliveries in the powerplay, scoring 187 runs.
That equates to a strike rate of 86.17, making Babar the only player in T20 World Cup history to have faced 200 balls in the powerplay and ended up with a strike rate below 90.

I heard that too - Latif is always talking in riddles. pardon by ignorance but I’m assuming this is a metaphor ?Rashid Latif said yesterday in a show that Babar has Graham bellbacking. It certainly looks like at this point.
Yes. Metaphor for a higher authority that ask instructed to add Babar.I heard that too - Latif is always talking in riddles. pardon by ignorance but I’m assuming this is a metaphor ?
His job is to STABILISE between overs 7-12. Destroying any momentum the team has and putting the pressure back on those to come. Simple. So let me get this straight, the coach says Babar can’t play in power play so from overs 1-6 he is useless.
Then 12th over onwards he is again worthless as per the coach.
So basically according to the coach, Babar is in the team for overs 7-12. That’s 5 overs!!! He is in team for only 5 overs?
That’s such an own goal accepting he is in team for just 5 overs, he himself is saying Babar doesn’t deserve to be in playing 11 in t20 yet still keeps him in team?
Make it make sense to me
Babar (of today) is not the best person to come in at any position in a T20 game. He bats timidly most of the time with no attacking shots and too many dot balls. What's worse, he then gets out cheaply, putting more pressure on batsmen to follow. At least, batsmen like Miandad (He was definitely a generational batsman; invariably came into bat in a crisis) and Inzi made sure that even if they started cautiously, they made up for it by A- making a big score and B- playing some attacking or big shots in the latter part of their innings. Babar seems incapable of doing that.
He was never a generational batsman or a match-winner. Cheap anchors like Dr. Noman Niaz (Is he really a doctor; spends most of his time on talk shows!) hyped him up immensely (and unnecessarily).
Forget World cricket, I can name at least 15 Pakistani batsmen who are/were better than Babar.
Do you even know his TEST record and how poor he has been last 2 years? People think cause he bats slow in white ball, he should play TEST cricket. In TEST cricket he is average at best and a BIG flop in SENA!Babar needs to play only two formats , that is best for him.
