dont know about military in general, but some of pakistans greatest pilots were ethnic bengalis, so if they have maintained that then their air force would pbly be very high quality.

Correct.

One such pilot was Saiful Azam (Bengali). He was in Pakistani air force in the 1960's. He participated in the 1967 Arab-Israel war on behalf of Pakistan. He alone gunned down multiple Israeli jets; it was a record against Israel and the record is yet to be broken.

He was one of the very few pilots in the world who downed both Israeli and Indian jets. :dav

In November 1966, he was sent by the Pakistan Air Force on deputation as an adviser to the Royal Jordanian Air Force.[4] According to Pakistani sources, during the 1967 Arab Israel war, Flight Lieutenant Saiful Azam shot down a Dassault Mystère IV, a supersonic aircraft belonging to the Israeli Air Force (IAF) while flying a Hawker Hunter. According to the same sources, a day later, he was shifted to an Iraqi airbase where he shot down a Vautour IIA and Dassault Mirage III belonging to the Israeli Air Force, the amount of fighter aircraft shot down only in two missions remains as the highest shooting record of Israeli Air Force aircraft till today.[7][8] [9]

In 1969, after completing his overseas deputation, he returned in service to the PAF and spent several years as flight commander at various PAF bases before the Creation of Bangladesh.[4]

Bangladesh cannot take on India militarily on its own. The major general was saying hypothetically. He also mentioned China needed to be involved for it to materialize. Anyway, this guy is not in the military anymore; he has retired.

If China get involved, northeast India can definitely be liberated. Not just northeast but other parts of India too.

China grabbed 2000 sq km of Indian territory since 2020. India could do nothing about it. If China want to annex India (partially or fully), they can do that easily.

Bangladesh and China currently have great relations. There are significant military and economic cooperations.

Bangladesh was developing. Their country is still so trash that India has to deport millions of them who are in India illegally doing menial jobs.

Coming to the topic, Bangladesh army is a joke and they cannot take over anything.

More Indians are deported from the United States than even nationals from smaller neighboring countries like Bangladesh. In contrast, deportation of Japanese nationals, whose country India recently overtook economically, is extremely rare. Exactly. I don't know why they brag about this. Their supposedly big economy has to do with their massive population. It is quantity over quality when it comes to India.

Will anyone think India is a better country to live in compared to Switzerland, Italy, Norway, Finland etc.? I don't think so.

Bengal must be restored to its former glory. I believe in that. Although it’s only possible under Indian dominion.

If not, we will have to take a call on doing a surgery on it. If there is friendly govt there we should let Bangladesh as it is and let them prosper. If there is an unfriendly regime there for too long then the following would be the right way to proceed.

Destroy Bangaldesh easily.. but occupy bangladesh is simply impossible ...destruction is easy...occupying requires cooperation and massive investment in men and money that a poor country like India cannot afford.

I have a hunch Pak is going to launch a massive aerial attack pre emptively and that would be fun for us.

Because india target was to destroyed terrorist launch pads only. But after Pakistan retaliation we destroyed most of Pakistan Airbase, defence systems, radars etc. India goal was never to takes Pakistani territory. Yes we should have not agreed for Ceasefire because another 4 day's would have forced surrendered army to surrendered yet again.

British Empire made a big blunder in 1947 when they gave so many lands to India. They should've divided India into multiple smaller countries like they did in Africa.

Many of the modern day subcontinental conflicts could've been prevented had they done that.

India could've been a small and humble country like Nepal and Sri Lanka if that happened. :inti

Even this Hadi murder was done by a Bangladeshi. Not a vegetarian Indian. The attack was cowardly; attacker came from the behind like a coward.

No Indian or their agent has the gut to fight one on one without being a coward. It is always either 10-on-1 or some sort of cowardly sneaky attack for them. :inti

Anyway, after this Hadi's death, Indian agents in Bangladesh have become hunted and wanted. They are on the back foot now. I doubt they will try too many funky things now that people are aware. If they get caught, they can experience terrible outcomes.

The irony is not bigger than this post. If only ulta chor kotwal ko daante. We Indians have no issues taking oath to the king or queen whatever. We are here for livelihood and vey well understand the law of the land and respect it. That is why Indians are the highest population from migrant community with white collar job.

It is crazy Islamists like you who hates West for their support of Israel and yet stay in the same country paying tax to the same govt which indirectly goes to fund and arm Israelis. It is you guys who wants forgets its values and principles when it comes to benefits of western world.

You live in your own deluded world...LOL. The entire world is speaking one thing and unanimously condemning Bondi Beach, Manchester Synagogue, Delhi blast but you seem to be complefely alien from those. If is a fact that Indians in UK are most well do to immigrants only second to white English and Pakistanis/Bangladeshis lowest in that group. This is not hearsay but info from home office.

India is not against any Abrahamic faith. These dramebaazis used to work pre 2014 but not any longer. When Delhi doctors bomb blast the city recently, were they Hindus attacking innocent people from Abrahamic faith? When that innocent Hindu guy is burnt alive in Bangladesh, who was attacking whom?

Stop this drama man. Indian minorities, both muslims and christians are flourishing in India across all fields - films, sports, politics etc. How many minority cricket players played cricket for Pakistan? Ever questioned that?

There was an entire thread about muslim facing issues in India where Indian muslim posters themselves denied the claim made by Pakistani OP. When shall we get opportunity to ask a Pakistani Hindu poster here what he faces in his country? How come we dont see anyone here?

It is hilarious...how much under the rock you guys live.

Disproportionate response..that Pakistan has... Large scale attack on Indian civilian or economic centers..mass Ballastic missiles attack or nukes...only these will result in India destroying the country of Pakistan and break it up into provinces..else it will be more of small scale conflicts aimed at symbolic message and deterrence
