If Pakistan players are allowed to play in IPL 2021, then most cricket fans in Pakistan will start following IPL which may indirectly reduce their interest in PSL. And the Pakistan players drafted to play in IPL may try not to play PSL or will not play to their full potential to avoid injuries. So, it is better Pakistan players are not playing in IPL. What do you think?

It's not that easy to get ipl contract. Either you have to be, somewhat good international player or specialist t20 player. How many does Pakistan have?
My straight away picks are babar, shaheen, may be imad, amir, rauf will get a contract. Even they get a contract most of them will not get into playing xi, even the likes of nabi, bairstow are not getting into playing xi. You have to keep in mind only 4 non indian players plays in playing xi.

At this point there's probably more chance of Imran Khan coming out of retirement and captaining Pakistan than there is of Pakistani players being allowed in the IPL

Will you lose interest in the IPL if Indian players played in the PSL?
No. Since IPL window is after PSL, most top players opt to play IPL even if BCCI allows them to play in PSL. I am talking about the hypothetical situation where Babar, Shadab, Shaheen are picked by Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi. Do you think they will give their 100% to PSL?

It will increase Pakistani interest in IPL and may gain some good following. Other than that, maybe a few of our guys might start to handle pressure better. That's it.

No impact at all from what I can see. Anyway I expect only around 8-10 players to be involved with IPL - Babar, Shaheen, Amir, Malik, Hafeez, Wahab, Shadab, Rauf, Haider. It's still only a handful (1%) of players who're gonna play in PSL.

The reason that the casual Pakistani fans are interested in PSL is not mainly because of the players, its because the teams represent cities of Pakistan.
If the Karachi Kings has 15 Indians and 0 Pakistanis and Mumbai Indians have 15 Pakistanis and 0 Indians, the people of Karachi would still be more interested in the Karachi team than the Mumbai one.

Babar also not get more than 2-3 cr . Shaheen will get handsome money . Overseas allrounder always get huge price but Pakistan don't have any
