Give em hell Imran!

Trump is a man-child who can be played easily

Could this be the 'Trump' card in the Pakistani election next year, Imran Khan coming up 'Trumps' thanks to him being the only Politician who comes out against American intervention and bullying?

Is that a big factor that will drive Pakistani people to the polling booths to vote for him? I don't think so.

There are plenty of domestic issues that will take precedence over this niche Trump issue me thinks.

Expected response.... IK is never going to bow down to these american hypocrites he is doing it since 2001 and never changed his views about US WoT

Pakistani's don't take too kindly to being bullied, and the democratic status quo don't like standing up to bullies, sounds like the country is waiting for an alpha male to step up....

Why bring in India? Where does the Hizbul commander live ?

Ironic that you say "why bring in India" when even if a dog dies in India, Pakistan is brought up.

Nope also are those leaders the stature Imran Khan enjoys in Pak,almost the next PM.

In a news about Trump he brought in India, not related what so ever.

Imagine PML bringing in PTI w.r.t Peshawar,in a dengue case occuring in Balochistan.

Like if the world doesn't know about the dirty conspiracies made by US and India in collaboration.

That is how a leader responds when someone spews filth about your country. Rip them apart with logic and facts.

Shaba Immy, tu hi hai larkay.. lambi innings khelni hai

America and Trump need to understand that Nawaz is history. Pak military is not Morocco that can be bullied in to accepting America's terms. IK is exactly right in saying the American superpower has been humiliated by a ragtag Taliban army:))):))) No doubting IK patriotism although I may not always agree with what he says. Does America want an open fight with Pakistan??

It depends

If there is actual action on the border rather than just media statements it would have an impact

Otherwise no. So basically. No

Last time America played the ultimately duplicitous game at the end of the 80s and early 90s, BB boarded a plane with a CD in pocket to a certain country to make sure their plan didn't work and attained missile technology for Pakistan

This comment isnt specific to this context or any country, but anyone not in power can say a lot of things as he doesnt have to back it up with actions.

So if Imran and PTI wins next election you don't think he will say these things?

He hasn't said anything wrong or controversial, it is the bitter truth.

Right now what he says isnt the stand of the state of Pakistan. If he wins election and becomes PM what he says will be the official stand of Pakistan.Big Difference.

As every Pakistani, I was expecting the same BS from Trump and I expressed my onion on FB, how come Pakistani officials were not ready to make an appropriate response to Trumps idiotic comments.

Meh. This banter has been going on for a while now. It's easy for everyone on the sidelines to hit back against US statements as there are no repurcussions.

It doesnt need to be said that Trump is a total buffoon on foreign policy; but inspite of him the US has been whining for a decade now that Pakistan accepts foreign aid while harboring terrorists. Pakistan has no need to stop taking the aid (global pride is a ship that's long sailed away), so this kind of back-and-forth will continue for a long while.

No one is going to pay any attention to what Pakistan says whilst they are still taking aid from the US, talk when you are not putting out the hand for aid.

So wait Imran policy of opening borders and doing mazaq raat with terrorists is better foreign policy??

US and Afghan govt are already trying that from last 5-7 years and doing the negotiations with Taliban by opening their offices in Qatar and other countries. How come Gulbuddin Hekmatyar once known as the Butcher of Kabul by the mighty US is back in Afghan govt?
