Once in a while you will need pace. Someone like Shaheen or some such lower order hack can get hold of spinners on these surfaces because they are slow. You need pace against such bowling allrounders/ tailenders who can hit usually. I am sure Nabi wouldn’t have hit 5 6s if Chameera or the other pacer were bowling.
He is a trundler. That is what works here though. Bowles bowling fast are not doing well.
Nepal is a strange case for me. They have 100% native players in the associate nations level, they made it to 2014 world t20 and we thought their cricket would kick on but they seem to have lost their ways, big time.

Yea these 9 to 5 uncles play with ease against world no.1 ranked side. Teams like Pakistan, Bangladesh play premiere leagues all over the world, they play a lot of internatinoal T20 matches than these guys. Yet performance is similar from both against India. If you give enough practice to Oman batsmen they might surpass our neighbors

Fact is Among the 51 times teams have crossed 240 runs all over the world pakistan was not one of them So he has not seen his score 240 ever in his life. So he thinks everyone else will struggle. Even Denmark has scored 240 lol
Abhishek and Tilak were batting allrounders from a young age. Abhishek was touted to be allrounder in Jadeja-Axar mould originally before he became more of a batting allrounder. So are Riyan and Jaiswal. In IPL they don’t need to bowl much due to impact rule except maybe Abhishek or Riyan who are marginally better bowlers. I don’t think Jaiswal has bowled after junior cricket.
