He can crank it up. Problem is he gets tonked too much.

He doesn't have the bowling smarts to sustain in T20 format where you have to think on the feet. Also your variations cannot be detected this easily. His action looks like he announces the whole world "I am going bowl slower one" before the delivery. They cannot detect that easily.
