Lol BUMRAH. It was an easy catch which he makes its very difficult .
Pretty much.
His bowling is decent at best. His inclusion means India can bat till No.8 and the top order can play more aggressively knowing there is more batting to come.
Axar is clutch, absorbs pressure and can be relied to actually bat well when needed.

India is going to struggle a lot against good teams. They seem to be coasting with no clear direction and things just falling in place just because the opposition is not good enough win. i dont have confidence this team will win the tournament
India was smashing NZ, Eng, Aus in T20's not long ago. Hence the hype.
I do agree that the batting seems to be highly dependent on the exploits of Openers.
In T20 , kosher ... what irritates me about GG the gadhaa is that he looks for batting ability from his nu 8 in Test's !!!

It was always India & Pak coming out of Group A. There was never a doubt.
The only thing Indian fans wanted to see is if Pak will choke against any of the minnows which they seem to do every now and then. This time, there are no suprises.

No even while smashing everyone was aware of this potential weakness in the lower order. 3 duds with bat and weak 7 and 8. This soft underbelly was always there. India has so many superior batsmen. They are all top order guys. Jaiswal, Suryavanshi, Iyer most of the guys are way way better than Rinku. But India is treating Rinku as a finisher.
Yes. Rinku must go. He had one fluke IPL season. Since then he has been mediocre to average.
India should play either Samson as a slogger in his place or just play Washington Sundar who can also bowl well.

Keep dreaming won't happen in your lifetime, you better worry about your tiny island qualifying from group of Australia, Zimbabwe & IrelandPakistan beating India = Very good chance.
