Rizwan is in his mid 20s and is one of the best keepers in Pakistan, he also had an excellent PSL with the bat. You are letting his international career sway your opinion. Can't have a 19 year old unknown kid being captain of the side.

It's nothing new, it has happened in the past as well, from the late 80s to the late 90s when Pak were at their best, India refused to play a series for obvious reasons.

Absolutely wrong. You can have only two 23+ players in the squad. It is a U23 cup. 4 out of 6 players in that list are 23+.

1. Nauman Anwar - ill be honest he doesn't deserve it, but we need players that can hit a ball, especially with Sharjeel gone.
2. Saad Ali - i know he is more middle order but i think his style is better for opening
3. Haris Sohail (over 23) great way to get him into some competition
4. Rizwan - c -wk (over 23) - great idea to make him captain, he still has a future especially in tests.
5. Talat - reckon he should be in the national team
6. Hammad (Over 23)
7. Kamaran Ghulam
8. Ammad Butt
9. Ehsan Adil - (over 23) I think to many people have written him, he still has a lot going for him and should be in the mix

I am clear about Indian team - those are mostly performers from last 2 domestic season, mostly players U23 & in contention in next 3 years; even a 18 years ol kid Parthiv Shaw, with couple of FC matches. SRL will do the same but may be their team will be a bit senior in average age - one reason being SRL U23 players are more or less 23/24, at worst 25. BCB might play few seniors because being host, it would like to make the Finals at least.

atleast one name is coming from ur list if not 2....going by inzi record we should not be surperised if it is 4 from the above list which are allowed maximally..

we've got incompetent selection panel who are always late in selecting best possible lineup rather they select oldies and ttf's which is a barrier to young talent's devolpment.... hope they select emerging young talents like hussain talat usma mir hassan khan etc and also they should give opportunity to haris sohail so he could get neceesary game practice to get back into form and rythm........

I think 23+ is 23 and 000 days and not 24+ could be the rule may be...... As only india have announced their squad as early as 10th March, they have included only one player on 23+ and he is not 24 years yet... Because it is a u23 so 24 shouldnt be able to play is what i think....So Rizwan cannot be the captain as he is already 24+
