Indian Premier League | Day 21 | Delhi | Apr 30, 2016 | Matches Thread

RCB too batting heavy. I bet they're kicking themselves for not bidding more and getting Fizz at the auction.

Sunny bhaiji must be the biggest fan girl of Fizz out there becomes blind when Fizz bowls.

To BDposters among the super batsmen list which Fizz has got out who is a leftie?

Ahh Sarfaraz would had been better than Baby, baby was only able to smack Fizz.

lol the fizz was smashed around by Indian domestic players :))) Dios Do you think Indians have figured out fizz? :srini

De kock has had a horror time with Mustafiz last time they toured us. Duminy and Raina .

In the IPl he got out Shaun Marsh

All Indians bowlers have out bowled the fizz in this match, even though fizz bowled in the most comfortable times, he didn't have to bowl in the powerplay, he came to bowl at the death when all major batters were out and the required runrate was high and still he was out bowled by his Indian counterparts :msd

battler no matter where ever you go, Punjab or RCB, the result is the same :msd

Not sure why fizz was trying to bowl the yorker with the wet ball. Okish figured considering it was a high scoring match but 10 runs given from ranked full tosses. Should bowl more cutters

It was a standard catch that came straight at him - he didn't even have to move. Yes it was hit hard but you expect those to be taken at this level. Don't know you guys are making it out to be a Jonty Rhodes-esque effort.

Kohli tried to dominate Fizz but couldn't read the change of pace and couldn't keep it down or away from the fielder. rhony what's the explanation? This is like the sixth or seventh time Kohli is playing Fizz. Even in the last match he couldn't get Fizz and edged him a couple of times. I thought the Indians had Fizz mastered?

You though correctly, Dios :uakmal

RCB, Punjab, Pune the bottom 3, the teams led by 2 Indian captains are languishing at the bottom of the table, Punjab is in good company :srini

Sran for MOTM, bowled in middle overs and got ABDV out. No cheap slog over wickets for him.
Best bowler in SRH roster ..In My Humble Opinion !!

battler bhai looks like Sran a bit.

Ashraful_Roxx once said I look like Rohit Sharma, My dad once said I look like Nehra and now your saying I look like Sran :)))

If they can't chase big totals, then what good is their batting, this loss belongs to batting more than bowling

There batting is more than capable of chasing 190 I agree what I saw there bowling was not that great and it's costs them all tournament when ur best bowler is Watson u know ur struggling

Saw the match live in the stadium. Gotta say this.. Williamson is class. When he's batting and when he's fielding. Top guy. Great addition to Hyderabad line up. He looks the part at number 3. Moises was great with meaty blows at the end. Warner was at his belligerent best. Now with Yuvraj's addition, don't be surprised if SRH go all the way..

I'll be honest. Once Kohli was out, never did it look like RCB's going to win. Even with ABD still at the crease. Sunrisers beat RCB in every department today. I'll be surprised if RCB's going to secure 5th/6th place. They truly belong to 7th/8th category. Overhyped! No bowling at all!

As if Pune and Punjab will let them get that easily. :))

Outsourcing power hitting to highly paid Windies and other foreign cricketers does seem to be a problem for us.

Is there any reliable Indian power hitter in this IPL?

There seems to be a serious dearth in powerhitters not only in India and Pak, but all of Asia in recent times. From recent memory I can't recall any new and exciting powerhitter from any of India, Pak, BD, SL. Afridi is history, and he was hit or miss anyway.

I guess Aamer Yamin and Pandiya are the prospects for that. Kushal Perera as well, but he is banned.

I don't think we allow the conditions for powerhitters to be developed. Esp in Pak, where the garbage pitches breed players like Fawad Alam and Sarfraz Ahmed with low backlifts and closed off stance, compared to someone like Russell or Brathwaite with high backlifts, open stance, and natural golf-like batswing.

I didn't find anything special in Mustafiz's bowling to be honest. He was looking just as fast as Nehra ji. However, I remember him foxing the batsmen (Jadhav/Rasool) with his slower ball variations.. Barinder Sran actually was bowling well but was unlucky on few occasions...
