It is very difficult to hit him with his variations. However, it is not as difficult to navigate him for singles and an odd boundary if you've played him enough. All the players would have played him enough by the end of the IPL

The thing about IPL is not the matches but the travelling which might take a toll on him.You might be right about figuring him out its very hard Gavaskar has repeatedly shown his action saying its very hard to predict his cutters.

Yep. A few lucky incidents in the last 3 overs. Watson's dismissal was a lucky one too. 9 out of 10 times it would be glanced to the boundary. Also, Sarfraz was unlucky to miss a couple of sixes in the last over. They just missed his bat by an inch.

He was also good last year against many international bowlers. I particularly remember a knock where he smashed Faulkner, Watson, Southee etc at the end.

Not really. Mustafizur got lucky with one ball in which Khan went for an idiotic scoop off a cutter. Rest all were very good executed shots in the gap and they would've went atleast for boundaries even if they hadn't gone for sixes in some other ground.
