Maybe Dhoni + Ashwin + another TN fella Murugan...looks like a team a Tamilian would support more.
Gujarat will be my second favourite team.
To be really honest, don't really care much about any team this IPL.
As long as MI and RCB are kept away from titles, its ok.
And Punjab too.
Add Punjab to the list.
Me and carrom ball ji have this competition. Can't let Punjab win.

I in general do not care who wins the ipl, I just support the team with the most entertaining players, that's why going with RCB. Punjab won't win.
Guj lions, kkr, RCB and Delhi to make it to the play-offs this time.

Delhi is a bit of complex case.
If the young Indians strike form, they would be a lethal team.
If they don't, they would crumble without a trace.

Cant play both who will they drop? They should play Starc instead of Wiese and maybe drop Gayle for Badree and make an Indian hack open

In today's chase while De Kock was playing they still had Duminy (proven t20 player), Braithwate (not played too much but massive potential as we saw), Morris (guy can hit the ball) and Negi still to come for them. Batting line up definitely has potential and bowling with Shami back has got an edge.
That is why I'm not writing them off this year.

They don't look strong but imagine if Iyer and Samson start clicking.
Add in Decock, Braithwaite and Nair.
And then we get to the tail where Morris and Negi can smash sixes.
Its the kind of team which if it clicks will win games but you don't know if it will happen or not.

I think he is a very good captain from a bowling perspective, two good bowling performances from his team.

That is the weakest pool of 6 Indian players among any team. Chahal has been decent, and Sarfaraz has shown some spark.
But all these guys have awedul first class records and will probably never play for India again.
Look at some other teams. Most of them have either current or experienced Indian players. KKR looks very well balanced with great bench strength.
