I wonder whether it´s finally done and dusted now. Some (conspiracy-theorists) are of the view that something might happen again after the releasing of Abhinandan today. I´ve a feeling though it things will die down now - I pray so anyway! Although Modi will continue with aggressive statements to keep the atmosphere heated up for his election campaign, but I feel that on the practical side of things, we can get back to normal life now. IF anything is to happen, it might well within a week, if at all, otherwise it´s over now I hope.

As a side note, I´d like to use this opportunity to appreciate Prime Minister Imran Khan. He hasn´t put a foot wrong right from the time it all started and has won the battle on the diplomatic front. His recent speeches, his plea for peace and the gesture to release the Indian pilot will be remembered for the times to come.

Absolutely.

If you're on Twitter, just type 'Sialkot' in the search bar at 1 AM tonight and watch the mega war in action.

News has come in that Modi refused Imran's call 3 times last night.

Despite the good-will openly shown by Imran Khan, 'Mad Modi' and his Extremist 'blind faith disciples' are hell bent on having a Major War with an 'economically weak' Pakistan, this is his perfect window of opportunity and it will be a miracle if there is not a Major escalation within the next two months.

Nothing is going to happen.
Its all talk. I mean just look at the cheap Indian tactics. If your serious about attacking your enemy you wont act like the Indians are doing right now.

I think the current situation is done for now. The Indian objective was to show the Pakistanis that any actions by non state actors can have larger repercussions and India is not happy with the proxy war status quo.
The Pakistani objective was to show that any action by India on Pakistani soil will be met with a stronger response.

From what I see both sides have met their objectives. Hopefully we see no terror attacks sponsored from across the border in either country.
