Influence of IPL on Afghanistan players

Obviously we all saw the warm up match, I realised Afghanistan is unfortunately chasing Pakistan and is getting very close. Some of Afghanistan's best players have played in the IPL (ie. Rashid, Nabi, Mujeeb). What is the effect do you think this has had on their skills? I saw a catch Nabi took where he danced in and out of the boundary, very reminiscent of IPL. Among other things these three do, what would the situation be like if they were also banned from the IPL. I think they would be nowhere.
