Kohli: Happy to be bowling, we've stacked up our bowling accordingly. Richardson misses out and Christian comes back in as finisher. Shahbaz misses out and Saini comes in. We have players to bowl cutters so we wanted someone like Saini to go hard up front. It's easy to look at the table and focus on what others are doing rather than your thing; that's something we've done good so far.


Dhoni: Heat is a factor and chances the wicket will slow down, so that's why we're batting first. It's not about keeping anyone happy, all of us have got some kind of batting, you'll always complain if you have enough batting or not but you can't really manage that. You can try and give exposure in situations but you can't guarantee that. Managing yourself is key, it's a day game so it'll be different from the games we've played with dew. Have to figure out lengths quickly. The spinners may come in to it a lot more. Moeen is not fit, and Lungi makes way. Bravo and Tahir come in.

Just cant understand why RCB is playing with so many bowling options? They have only 4 specialist batsmen. Finn Allen needs to play at no. 3 to add more meat to the batting. Even if they win today it will hurt them in future with so many allrounders.

At Chennai pitch his bowling was very suitable which is where he got most of his wickets. This is wankhede. His slower balls were not slow enough.

Harshal 47 in 4 overs, 51 in 4 overs in two of the matches he played at Wankhede. All his good spells came on a slow track at Chennai.

Poor quality of pitches in Chennai have allowed such mediocrity to prosper. Only Siraj among the main Indian bowlers has shown up. This IPL has been all about the trundlers

RCB just cannot hope to go to the playoffs with just 4 batsmen. they need a batsman be it Finn Allen, Patidar or azhar at no. 3. having so many bowling options is a waste. Sundar, Shabaz cannot be played at 3 as they will be a walking wicket.
