if afridi may bowl then we will winn but i don't now the rules if there are rules like ju just can bowl 4 overs or something lke that

19 needed off the last over, the atmosphere's terrific! Symonds has the honours with the final over. I must say this is a gamble, laxman's taking his time to adjust the field

Warne steals it for Royals. Symonds got hammered in that last over by Warne.
 
I cannot emphasize enough how dumb laxman is. Really i'm at a loss for words, he should be sent to the corner wearing the dunce hat.
 
Symonds is a rubbish bowler, why would you give him the last over? Laxman is one of the worst captains I've ever seen!
 
Warne took his revenge on Symonds for those sixes that Symonds hit off of him.
 
Spare a thought for Symonds here !! The guy score a superd 1oo and was all set to be the MoM but all of a sudden is the villian here !!

As far as I'm concerned Akmal kept well and Afridi took 3 wickets (shoud've been 4) so I enjoyed it. I couldn't care less who wins or loses the match!!

great performances from the pakistanis akmal and afridi showed the world thatwe are in the IPL to play and not just to make up the numbers

Why would non-Indians care which Indian city wins what game except in order to see their favourite players progress in the tournament?

What was so wrong about what I said that you're so upset about it?
 
very good bowling from Afridi he wont be dropped for the next match for sure! bit stupid from Laxman for bowling Symonds on the last over!!
 
Why the hell is symonds beeing paid $1.6million? For getting hit for 30 runs in one over or beeing hit for 2 sixes and a 4 in the final over giving the opposition victory from defeat?

Deccans need either Afridi or Gilly to lead the side.. with laxman i dont think they'll win very matches.

Anyways, good match. Good keeping by Akmal, and good bowling by Afridi. Let's hope they fire with the bat too in the next match.

I agree if they want to win , Afridi to Gilly should be kaptan Sahab.

Afridi as captain took his team to the 20/20 final and also won the Pentagular cup
