I don't care if there are snakes on the pitch, the point is this is a horrific batting performance no matter what! If they are falling like flies to some of the most gentle pacers in the world, then how would they be fairing against Pollock or McGrath on such a pitch. I'm sorry but I do not feel that anything at the minute can justify the disgraceful performance that we are watching today; and what makes it worse is the fact that we have just come from SA so we should have LEARNED how to handle such a pitch.

Did my quote have anything that said this was not a horrible batting performance. That being said, there is this completely separate question of why the grassiest pitch in Sabina Park ever in 70 years of cricket, had come in an international ODI, in the world cup!
