Well I am sure a lot of effort is taking place to present himself as a strategist and great cricketing mind , to convince the team management that we need his reassuring presence in the dressing room for the World Cup.. as part of the team 'think tank'

Isn't it great, you get dropped after consistently failing, and all you need to get back into the team is for the replacement to also fail once or twice. It's not like you have to get 100s in domestic to earn your place again , but you can just capitalise on the next guy's failure.

Mohammed Hafeez 2000 T20I runs countdown

Hafeez currently has 1908 runs in 89 international matches for Pakistan he will need 92 runs to reach the 2000 mark will he be able to achieve it by this series hopefully. When Hafeez does reach 2000 runs he will be the 6th players to do so internationally and will be the second Pakistani to do so as well

Oh dear oh dear, are you sure those stats are definitely for the right Hafeez? 25 innings and one score over 50 ? That can’t be true, surely - very unlike Hafeez , given his track record as a prolific batsman for Pakistan scoring piles and piles of runs in all formats.

A legend like Hafeez has to be recalled as he’s only the 6th player in history to achieve the 2000 run mark how can Pak cricket not look after the 6th best player in history.
