Frankly speaking, I can't really tell. All his emphasis has always been on the development and uplift of his beloved Punjab. While I can understand that since he only gets votes from there and it will be political suicide if he doesn't wholeheartedly focus on Punjab, but he is elected the Prime Minister of all of Pakistan and not just one province.
This is evident more in the light of the recent events. There were two massive bomb blasts in Quetta and Parachinar and there was not a single statement from the Prime Minister instead he continued his activities without giving a hoot. Then the unfortunate incident in Bhawalpur happened and Nawaz Sharif dropped everything and rushed back to Pakistan. He then immediately visited the area and met the families of those gone or injured. While it is commendable that he is being a part to the sorrow of the people of Bhawalpur but do the lives of the people of Quetta and Parachinar not matter? Are they disposable commodity because they do not live in beloved Punjab and hence cannot provide any political advantage?
