Is Pakistan managing fast bowling workload well?

Looking at today's match and watching Pakistan's performance since West Indies series, it looks like Pakistan has been heavily reliant on two fast bowlers - Aamir and Wahab. They have been part of almost every match played and bowled lot of overs even though they could have tried their bench in non consequential matches.

It also appeared that both Wahab and Aamir were not match fit and that some sort of injuries but the team management went ahead and played both of them. This decision proved fatal in today's match when both pulled out due to injuries.

They could have played Junaid Khan who had the edge on Indian batsmen and Fahim who could also have contributed with the bat. Pakistan should look into this seriously and take care of fast bowling resources and not over bowl them.

Yasir Shah with his experience could have made a massive difference today. They should look into the composition and balance.

Wahab has done the team a favour by getting injured.

They should show flexibility when picking fast bowlers in a given match. Playing Aamir in every single match is not a good idea. Same goes with Wahab. They should choose two out of Aamir-Wahab-Junaid-Hasan going in a match and fill the other slots with spinners and younger fast bowlers.
