Different alliances are possible in the world. Being close to America doesn't mean that they are pro-Israel. For example, Pakistan, being close to America, hasn't affected their relationship with China, and despite being close to America, there is a strong belief that Pakistan assisted anti-American movements in Afghanistan.
But Israel is such a close ally of the USA. I don't see any threats to Israel from Pakistani govt/establishment. An individual may carry out an attack on jews but definitely no immediate worry of attack from Pakistan for Israel.
