You don’t necessarily need a UNSC vote for sanctions!!!!!! Countries can choose to sanction individually. If India does invade without UNSC approval and Pakistan takes the case to the ICJ and it finds India in breach, then countries can sanction if they want to.

ICJ finding you in breach is not a trivial matter and will cause massive reputational damage. But it can’t impose anything without the UNSC approval, though countries can impose their own sanctions.

You need to stop posting things you don’t know much about and getting it wrong everytime.
