First of full credit to the Windies they clearly did their home and work. Having said that this isn’t a vintage WACCA pitch. Pakistan’s performance has been the most shameful I have seen, and that’s saying something.

Cowardly and inept on what should be a 300+ pitch. The team should compensate all the fans who went to see this trash

The lack of spine and backbone has been visible since couple of years remember how many 4th innings simple chases we have botched since Sarfaraz took charge. This was always on the cards first World Cup match there were bound to be butterflies I was half expecting this once I found out they are batting first would have been better had they been fielding first

Pretty much what happens when you lose series after series after series and still live in denial.

Signs were there for Pakistan after the Asia Cup last year and home series defeat against the likes of New Zealand to take corrective actions and make drastic changes but they continued to live in denial.

This is a team at a time where there were careers on the line if they were to lose a WC final, to a time when nothing happens even after the most humiliating of defeats and that too multiple times.

Genuinely one of the worst days I've experienced as a fan in recent times. I usually tend to not let a bad performance get to me and I brush it off seamlessly but today I honestly feel embarrassed. No other words. Just saddening.

One can only hope for a miracle that we somehow put up a fight in this world cup campaign because a defeat like this is very hard to get up from, especially in such a prestigious tournament.

Anyway, will support these guys till the last ball of the WC is bowled. I just hope they make it easier for us to watch by playing for the star in the front of their shirt, not the names on the back.

Batsmen can't play the pull/hook shots. Others giving their wickets away and some are simply not good enough.
