Is World Cup 2019 the most balanced World Cup we have ever had?

There is no outright favourite. There are a few teams that can potentially win the world cup. Also, due to england's weather some easy points can be lost which further adds to the drama.

Not really. England and India are far ahead of the other teams. There's very little chance for anyone else to win it.

England and India are undoubtedly the favourites for the competition. They will probably coast through the group stage. But in the semis all it takes is 1 bad day and your out. We saw that in the CT. I think this World Cup has the potential to be the best ever.

India and England will qualify. But the other 2 spots in the semis are open.

People expecting India and England to cakewalk to the final are wrong. Let’s not forget England have choked in recent tournaments and also India have as well. In a pressure game I would back Australia over England.

Yeah, I agree. All the top six teams can beat each other and Sri Lanka, West Indies and Bangladesh are not awful teams either.

The absence of a truly great team will make this a very fun World Cup. Also, almost each team has good bowlers and at least one world class batsman.

No favorites this time. England and India are pretty strong contenders though.

This. India and Eng at this point look favs to reach SF. That's about it. I sense Ind vs Pak and Eng vs AUS semi finals. Anybody's game after that.

I hope for a Ind vs SA final, match se pehle hi celebration chalu :genius

U think SA will go to the semis and then actually win the semi final.😂
There have been better teams than the current one that haven't been able to do it how do u expect this team to do it.
We saw it in the pak v sa series as well. They nearly fluffed a 200 run target.

I know bhai, all you said is true, but after all a man can hope, right?:srt

No disrespect but based on history the chances of SA in a world cup final are as bleak as the chances of Inzi taking back his retirement and returning to the Pakistan side.

Lol.

Aab banda hope bhi na kare?:sanga:sanga

I don’t think it is balanced at all, the only team with momentum is India and are clear favourites. They have all basis covered and can only see the tourney opening up if two out of the top three lose form.

England have the depth in batting and will go far but I think the lack of variety in bowling will hurt them, there only so many times you can score 280+! Also the hype has already started here so will they be able to handle the pressure?

Other 2 spots are anybodies, hopefully our prep will give us a good start. 6 wins will be enough...

Bookies odds on the winner

England 33.33%
India 25.8%

For all of you who think it is most balanced, bet against England and India and make some easy money;.

I think this world cup will be as interesting as the 1992 WC because of same format. The teams that will reach semis would fully deserve those spots since they will have to perform really well in nine group matches which will be like a marathon.

It's similar to CT17. Two huge favorites India and England. But you saw what happened to them in the semis and final
