E,F sectors and I-8 sector are the best residential places to live in Islamabad otherwise other sectors are as good as any area of city in Pakistan.

London and Islamabad the top two? LOL what a joke. I live in London and no way would I put London as the number 1 most beautiful city in the world. Only some parts are nice (mainly central London) the rest of it is average. Funny how all three website sources given all give the exact same top 10 cities, you would expect some variety in credible sources.

Is Islamabad really all that unique? The third world is full of lush green newly built capitals in neat grids and big roads. Caracas Brasilia, Astana, Baku even Tehran though it is older.

Islamabad has nothing outside of the greenery. No public transportation, culture or education. Feels like a boring american suburb or a giant scale retirement home, not a vibrant capital. I guess it could be desirable for the people who dream of said american suburb.
