Islamabad United regain title with three-wicket win over Peshawar Zalmi in PSL 2018 final

Farhan against pace doesn't look at ease. Happy for ISU but would like to see Ronchi lift the trophy.

Nothing specially in Sahibzada Farhan. Another Afridi wanna be. Brainless shot selection

He generally starts off slow from what I’ve seen of him in domestic cricket and cashes in ince he’s sit. That’s what sparked my legitimacy comment it looks as if he’s trying to replicate Ronchi.

Suit Jones is a really good coach... I would want him to replace Arthur in the future

Guys, please keep the comments relating to the match.

And when are you going to judge a fast bowler in t20.unfair.

I am not, that little I still have - trust me.

The discussion started after Hasan took 2 wickets in opening spell of a mighty PSL game, 2 mighty wickets of Asad Shafiq & T Kohler-Cadmore ...... and his fan boys got a bit hyper.

Personally, I thought Hasan was poor in PSL than what he is capable of what where he should have been - hence, he made my flop XI of PSL among PAK players at the end of preliminary round.

yes he was poor, the guy was not completely fit.PCB has to intervene here,,,many of the half fir national players playing.

Farhan will learn more from an innings of batting alongside Ronchi than a decade of batting alongside Misbah

Were you one of those who said he is short and stuff and will never be successful?

Yes, he hasn't performed at an optimum level.

Considering his injury, I don't think it's too concerning. Not easy to come back on top form plus he sometimes still steps gingerly on that ankle.

Hope he doesn't play the T20Is against WI, should get some rest.

Riaz has bowled so much better against Ronchi and is bowling at a difficult length to hit from

You never know in T20 cricket.... a couple of quick wickets and things can happen. IU still massive favourites though

Even his shots for single have more power behind them than Babar's attacking shots

Sahibzada Farhan has played some extraordinary shots. Definitely a lot to work with

Unfortunately failed attempt, to put ideas into mouth - on contrary, I was actually among few of those who was suggesting in 2015 that, Hasan should be brought in PAK set up at younger age and he should be encouraged to improve batting, so that he can become a No. 8 bowling all-rounder.

They should have bowled slower deliveries, slower delivery bouncers at Ronchi.

Can't wait for Misbah to be lifting the trophy in front of the whole Karachi. That sight. Pretty sure some people wanted to see Imad/Sarfraz, but... :junaid :sarf2

Wasnt stating, just asking hence a question mark was place at the end of the sentence.

Easy win for IU now.... Ronchi should get retired hurt after his fifty to give others a chance

Hassan should be brought back into the attack now

Jordan wouldn't average 30 in today's game. Doesn't have the outside shot and his strength, mid-range, is pretty much dead today.

Normally, heel, ankle, hamstring, calf injuries lasts longer than it looks - it's not fatal like stress fracture or torn ligament, but quite irritating. You can keep playing with little pain but it won't heel, neither will break you down. Hasan, should have skipped the entire PSL and get proper fitness. From May on wards, PAK is going to play almost non stop cricket till next T20 WC.

Irony is that, he was hyped in a game where he was bowling with new ball - which isn't his strength. Like T20, analysts are also instant these days - memory, analysis, comments, hypothesis..... every thing last till the on going game.

dont know the reason but hassan ali has completely lost it for last 6 months. he was pathetic in NZ and after that he has been pathetic. he has lost his swing, his nipping line and length is gone too and his pace is down too

i think his career will be over for Pakistan soon ...like many many players before him, he seems to be one of those who did well for few months and then lost it... alas

We love Ronchi chants :))

Itni izzat tou isko apnay mulk mein bhi nahi milti hogi :)))
