KP isn't good at T20 unless the opposition is weak and/or conditions are very good.

Every tourney he can have 1 or 2 superb innings but he plays very slow in some others. In this kind of a wicket I can see him, Shezad, Sarfraz eating up a lot of balls and Quetta don't have deep batting that they can do rescue act like Misbah and Russell did. Islamabad also have good bowling of international standard. Badree, Watson, Russell, Irfan with Khalid and Rumman Raaes as fifth is an international standard bowling attack.

Luke Wright is the main hope for Quetta in my opinion.
