Finally Post Gilchrist Era Australia have unearthed an attacking quality Wicket Keeper batsman.

Philippe is only 21, has got lovely bat swing, timing and plays powerful shots all round the ground.

He is most exciting young player of this years BBL and has announced himself by playing two high quality knocks.

His Wicket keeping looks good too as the catch to dismiss Sams was stunning.

Won't be surprised if He makes WC 2019 squad. If Warner doesn't get picked than surely Philippe might be picked.

Australia should pick him for there Odi's vs Pakistan although he is abit inexperienced at the moment but they should take this gamble and utilise his rich striking form.

His List A Average of 39 at a SR of 120 is quite good.

Alex Carey seems to be the WC Australia are developing. He maybe in the next T20 squad if he performed in the BBL.

Perhaps the most promising Australian batting talent since Steve Smith. He's already played dominating knocks against top class bowling. Take a look for yourself.
