lol this is our premier one day tournament. What a joke of a system and then we wonder we are so horrible at International level. This system will not give you any players. Only player successful in International cricket from Pakistan have been with talent and natural skills. Just look at amazing touranment and the quality of it. It is much much worse than Afghanistan domestic cricket.
