Lahore Qalandars [179/1] storm to a 9 wicket win over Quetta Gladiators [178/6] in PSL6

Plus he is better player of spin and next 20 20 wc is in India, so it's no brainer, but i fear worse for babar himself he will be found out big time when teams will bring on their left arm spinner right away. He really need to get some quick fix or all teams gonna make him sweat

Hafeez should be the last person Sarfraz should be proving anything to.

Sarfraz >>> Hafeez.

Sarfraz is underrated on this forum.

After all he is the only captain after Imran Khan who won us an ICC 50 overs trophy...

Sarfraz on a mission to put each and every one of his local bowlers under pressure. Let them bowl man, and give them some confidence. Fakhar and Hafeez in the zone is a deadly combination, they are under severe pressure as is :))

Lol talented in all facets of the game is going to do his best to stick it into Sarfraz.

Quetta really needs Steyn to join to add some much needed experience and heat in their bowling

Why Lahore picks Samit Patel as a bat..? Don't they've any specialist bat left,? And Hafeez's catch dropped..

Our young cricketers are such bottlers. All the simple catches they’re dropping are proof of that

Samit had a pretty decent season for Nottinghamshire helping them win the T20 blast trophy. They used to get few overs out of him but, with Rashid their he is playing solely as a batsman over Joe Denly.

At this stage Quetta were 113/3, so Lahore are behind in runs but ahead in wickets. Still very 50-50

Sohail akhtar has cost qalandars the match. Lahore should seriously consider wether they can accomodate him as a specialist captain.

Lol Sarfraz having a meltdown.

Edit: Seriously is this guy nuts? Now he calls the bowler at the end of the over specifically to rip into him. Great going 'captain'.

Lol
Hafeez is killing.
Shinwari is a crap bowler, no variations and nothing. Can't even trying slow balls.
He is bowling like Umesh in t20s.

Lol! Sarfaraz saying to Shinwari after his poor over, oye idhar aao. Some scolding for Shinwari :srt

Sarfaraz is going to get punched in the face at some point in this PSL

His attitude is way below what it was when he was the captain of Pakistan. He’s behaving extremely dictatorial

For all those who wonder why Shinwari is kept out of the team, this over was just for you.

My goodness did you just see Saffy bark idher aoooo idher aoooo to.shinwarii...8 mean fair enuff shinwari not been good but you yourself played a pathetic innings on a flat wicket cant be moaning after every ball

Definitely touching the limits here with Shinwari who was already angry after his poor over. Pressure is taking a toll I guess because last year QG came 5th and it has been an ordinary start this time around as well

In terms of behaviour, this is the absolute worst captaincy performanceI have seen in decades of watching cricket. Utterly condemnable behaviour from Safraz.

If I’m not wrong he said: “Samajh nahi aata...”

Couldn’t hear the rest.

I missed that part maybe it was after he called him by saying “Oye idhar aao” when Shinwari was going to his fielding position

At this rate it might actually happen, the irony of all this, he himself became biggest burden and specialist captain for long time. Such a hypocrite.

Loved the interview with Hafeez. Speaking like a true professor. “Just wanted Fakhar to stay with me at the other end, let me attack.”

Coach Moin Khan had to come to calm down Sarfaraz. :srt

What is so wrong with Sarfraz? No one wants to deliberately underperform

Sarfraz needs to learn to scorn his team mates in private rather than on the field.

Whilst I think Shinwari is a garbage can bowler, it is painful to see him being bullied like this on national TV.

He was unlucky with the kid dropping his catch of Hafeez, and this is bound to happen once you give a player like him a chance. Sarfaraz crossed the line there

Sarfraz needs to be told that this isn't Karachi street cricket.

Hafeez is truly unreal. How did he become this good

Rizwan’s opening spot in danger now with Fakhar back in the runs

Sarfraz will not shout at Ben Cutting...only showing dadagiri against local bowlers

Fakhar with a straight six. Not many in our last T20 squad who can do what these two are doing here

Can Saf be fined for bullying his own players?

He is touching mushfiq level of pseudo aggression vs own team mates. I can't tolerate him for a moment. Wasim khan need to intervene here and get this fact drilled into queta owners, this behavior ain't do psl any favors.

Rizwan’s opening spot in danger now with Fakhar back in the runs

It can be Haider’s spot in the xi unless he shows improvement this PSL season before next T20 squad. He has the skills but needs some hard yards

I seriously dont understand saffys face..its obviously a flat flatt wicket batters paradise..no body is trying to ball badly

I know you’re speaking rhetorically, but the answer is that CPL he went to that we all made fun of. Remember his pictures at the beach that fans trolled him about? Anyways during that trip he observed the Caribbean attitude towards hitting sixes — said he realized for the first time in his life it’s not just that these are big guys and are naturally talented at hitting sixes, but that they actively practice six hitting in the nets in much the same way that he himself would practice his drives in the nets all his life — he had simply never been exposed to power hitting coaching at any point in his entire career. Said in the same interview that he stopped practicing his drives in the nets for the first time in his career, and focused entirely on his shape and core when trying to clear the rope. He began golf around the same time, and this helped him understand the importance of body positioning and a stable swing at the ball. Very interesting story, all said.

And the no ball was very very tight.

Basis one game?

Rizwan has technique and plenty else to spare.

Fakhar is a lappe baaz with a great eye. Who gets lucky once in a while.
