Lahore Qalandars defeat Karachi Kings by 8 wickets in 23rd match of PSL 5

amazing to see Hafeez who is good against spin coming in PP against pace while Aqib hides Dunk to be exposed against spin later. This is such a pathetic and incompetent strategy. This is why LQ keeps losing because of dumb tactics.
 
Hafeez on his day can decimate any team.

IF LQ has to win this, Hafeez must fire.
 
I hope hafeez gets destroyed by Amir. I would love to see Amir toying with Hafeez first and then dismantle him

I havent seen a more out of depth player than Lahore's captain. An absolute nobody.
 
Hafeez is a methodical creature of habit. Like those who want their tea the same way each day no matter the time or season. He's going to play at his own rate.

He’ll probably still play though considering his great BBL performance and that the wt20 is in Aus. And even if he wasn’t ready, Pakistan play 2 t20s vs Netherlands and then 3 against England prior to the wt20 so that is good enough prep for Rauf.

Not to forget they are the only team to select and keep Salman butt for no reason across seasons. An absolute shiiitshow.

Poor powerplay. Looks like LQs wants to play on the same blueprint they did vs Quetta. Score 60 in the first 10 and go bezerk in the last 10.
 
I don’t know how to put it - PAK is planning to go to T20 WC in Australia with Sharjeel or Fakhar as Babar’s partner (Misbah took IMAM also in last tour), other one probably batting at three, then MoHa at 4, Malik at 5 and probably Rizwan keeping ...
 
Hafeez out of all bowlers will take risk vs Umer Khan and will end up skying one.
 
For the good of PSL we need a strong Lahore team. The current owner and management is embarrassing. :facepalm:

I have words for Hafeez batting which I can't use here. Besides his mental block in international cricket, I hate him for being a know it all guy while boasting himself as he is all that in his performances
for Pakistan. I call him and the chief of everything,cancers of Pak cricket.

Well, one dart got punished for a six.

A random U16 cricketer can do that. They aren't doing enough of it.
 
It takes special quality to play more balls that Sohail Akhtar and bat at less than half SR...... he is giving stats for Misbah to back his selection. LQ has the weakest captain of all, means it’s basically Hafeez running the show behind Akhtar - he'll bat at 3, and bowl selectively; won’t be surprised if he eventually ends PSL with decent stats and LQ finishing at rock bottom, again.
