I highly doubt that. Since there is no compulsion for the teams to make the trade, the teams could simply say no even if there are players available for trade. And don't forget the teams need players consent to transfer them.

My preference would be that AB bowls him after 10 overs for LQ, that would help both him and team. You don't want new guy to do everything.
