MMHS, Imam keeping. Something he can develop and help Pakistan?
)lol some guy said "tapal chai peene ki acting karni hai"

Sohail Akhtar being exosed against proper pace and bounce there
Stop barking about Sarfaraz in every thread loser. He isn't even remotely involved in this game nor is he a part of the international sides. Your constant barking is getting annoying paindu.

All said and done a LQ vs KK final would be epic. Imagine if it had happened in a normal year with a jam packed Gadafi or National stadium.
More importantly, it tells what education and proper guidance can do to a player. Sadly education has left PAK cricket and most of these players don't have the basic understanding of what skill set can improve their chances. What Imam is trying here is opening another avenue for him - in T20, the WK's role isn't tougher than 1st baseman of baseball; anyone with decent hands and agile feet can keep wickets in T20.
Imam's uncle must have told him that there is a back-door in PCT T20 team and if he can keep reasonably, he can & should get a window in T20 team - he is doing that. This is I wrote for Asif Ali & Fakhar Zaman many times - they could have easily tried in this route and cement place for 5-6 years, before that it was Umer Akmal. Long, long, long back Sadiq Muhammad was a right-handed middle order batsman and he had 1 or 2 FC hundreds as right-hander .... but his elder bros realized that in PAK team only scope Sadiq had was an opener's role, that too if as a lefti as there was no one in domestics. So, Sadiq started practicing as left-hander and on second FC season debuted for PAK. Yes, his elder brother was Captain & immediate senior bro was vice Captain, but the idea did help.
I won't mind if imam makes it as WK in T20s - that effort & intelligence deserves a reward.
Awful shots.
Weak against bounce.

They didn't have a wicket keeper.

Overall, good theory. But I believe the reasoning is more simple - Zalmi lost their backup wicket keeper Banton and has no other backup. Kamran is injured, so they turned to their best fielder, Imam.
