Not only are we having more close games than the last editions, the table standings too are much closer and hard to call this time around, as in 2016 the only question was which of Lahore and Karachi will play worse and be knocked out

I´m going for Islamabad, as sad as it´d be though. They´ve had to bear quite a few losses, first of Sharjeel (and Latif) quite early in the tournament and now of Billings - a batsman who was in really good form. A win yesterday would´ve done them a world of good and might´ve got them closer to the play-offs, endangering Lahore´s chances of course. I see all other teams more balanced and capable of winning the rest of the matches left.
If Islamabad do go on to surprise me, then I´m afraid it´s Peshawar. Losing two nail-biters back to back in two days never helps the morale of a team. They´re my favourite team though, but their star power hasn´t quite clicked to see them through.
