when a good young talented batsmen plays for Pak, i've noticed a pattern: starts out with a bang, scores 50's early, gets found out by opposition bowlers, starts to suck and bows out. feel free to add

Imran Farhat only one scoring shot, no pull shot, poor defensive technique
Yasir Hameed front foot only player, lbw/bowled every damn time
Imran Nazir catching practice to slip, over hit the ball
Kamran Akmal cut in the air too much, poor balance when playing shots, poor keeping
Shahzad driving away from body, dot balls, getting caught at midwicket off spin, selfish
Afridi no comment....
Hafeez middle order batsmen posing as top order
Sharjeel solid agianst pace,hated spin, loved match fixing
Taufeeq Umar Test batsmen in ODI role
Sami Aslam Slightly better version of Taufeeq
Nasir Jamshed gave catches to gully/point,
Azhar Ali Poor strike rate, test batsmen in the wrong format, LBWs, dot balls

forgot about Mukhtar: he was a lower order basher who was sent up the order. Typical dot dot boundary type player. he also couldn't drive a ball to save his life or any other proper cricket shot

true but YK was more middle order and generally struggled if he came 1 or 2 down i think. I was referring to the top 3 batsmen we have had

My point is that the Pak system has failed to produce quality batsmen for a long time. And it's high time it needs to be addressed.

The same system that produced Miandad, Saleem Malik, Anwar, Inzi, Yousaf and YK within a span of 20 years has now gone 18 years without producing a single world class batsman.

Fakhar zaman is next in the list. Only if he changes his technique drastically he can stand up again.

A player who cant play back foot conventional shots and is also weak on the short ball cant last for long.

Mark my words fakhar zaman wont be able to stand up again if he doesnt changes his technique drastically. Our fans are delusional who say he ll stand up again.
