Martin Kobler a German Ambassador to Pakistan or Pakistani Ambassador to rest of the World?

Really an amazing guy and the way he promotes Pakistani culture to me it looks like he is a Pakistani Ambassador. He visits different places in Pakistan and meet different people all the time and promotes them through his Twitter account and also tweets in Urdu with the help of a friend.
