In the 17th match of the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL) 9, Peshawar Zalmi and Lahore Qalandars will face off at the Pindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi today on Saturday.

Lahore Qalandars, two-time PSL champions, are experiencing a return to their pre-2020 struggles when they consistently languished at the bottom of the points table. Unfortunately, their hopes for a third consecutive title have been shattered after enduring six consecutive defeats.

Meanwhile, their opponents Peshawar Zalmi are riding high on confidence following a thrilling eight-run victory over Islamabad United. Led by Babar Azam, the Zalmi side currently holds the third position in the points table, having lost two out of five games played.

Naa, the drainage at Rawalpindi is pretty good. They can easily despose of the water in the large sewerage lines that exist on the grounds fence.

full ground covers isnt really required. Like out of 50 games you will have 1 or 2 wash out because the weather is not as such that it rains much here.

I dont know why full grounds are not covered but i think there maybe a valid reasons to it because many countries dont cover full ground. Only sri lanka does this
