I have tried to be regular on pakpassion but when Bangladesh underperforms I avoid the forum because I see irritating comments like:

1) Bangladesh fans are arrogant
2) West Indies are a better side (we have had a good period in ODI which is why we were ranked 6th heading into the world cup and WI ranked 9th.
3) Bangladesh should have their test status revoked (after losing an ODI)

Personally most of my fellow Bangladeshi posters are level headed. But it's moronic to hear such comments from others. All this considering that these other fans are supposed to be more matured or something.

Don't think Bangladesh mock other teams but they just go overboard a bit when they win. It is mostly the Indians just like in the above video of Mauka mauka and "anae doo" where they make fun of everyone including Pakistan, Bangladesh and SriLanka. Bangladesh have developed a good team and the day is not far when their ranking will rise. Earlier they used to have just one exceptional player, now they have at least four or five.
They have previously put India under pressure at different times and there is no reason they can not do it again.

A reason why no one rates us is because its difficult to rate us if you don't follow our performance and simply just follow 1 or 2 games in which we played.

Someone mentioned that Bangladesh has the weakest bowling attack in the world. Like seriously? In the past 3 years our bowling has been our strength and we have bundled out oppositions below 200 several times. This includes India, SA, England. Other teams haven't really been able to take much advantage of our bowling either. And in the same time period the statistics will tell you our bowlers have the best Average and ER among the top 8 teams. I know stats don't tell the whole picture.

Our fielding on an average day is quite great as well.

Batting isn't world class, and we have some struggles with lower order muscle but otherwise we have some experienced batsman. A little dissappointed that our 3 young batsman - Mosaddek, Sabbir and Soumya hasn't fired enough.

BD bowling ,is not bad at all. They can threaten any opposition. Their main problem is still temperament. Otherwise a team can beat anyone on a given day.
