I don't really see the relevance of what happens in the USA to proceedings here. That was a case of enticement, this is more a case of complaints against police being investigated by themselves basically. As someone mentioned in the thread about Pakistani military/mullah set up, it's a case of one hand washes the other. National security comes first and all that.
