One of the beautiful stadium in South Asia.PCB is currently undertaking a study on that stadium weather it is possible to host 2/3 PSL4 matches in this stadium. Its a great news.If PCB spent some money on that stadium it can be a real good international venue.

The ground is in worse condition and needs alot of work which will take alot of time .i don.t think it will host psl matches in near future.multan and pindi is more realistic option

I can't see PSL matches being hosted here. We know Karachi and Lahore will host games, I think the third venue will probably be Islamabad/Faisalabad i.e. somewhere that has hosted international cricket.

Competent bureaucrats are needed to expand the game and I dare say PCB has none. The focus should be on establishing the game I known cities first rather than reaching for the sky.

According to reports, PCB are seriously considering Muzaffarabad Stadium as one of 3 venues for next year's PSL.

I’m pretty convinced that Rawalpindi will end up being the third venue.

OMG this stadium

Love Pakistan's natural beauty. I wish we were one nation and i could freely travel some of the world's most gorgeous places that exist in Pakistan.

Not be political or anything..

But a PSL Match in Muzzafarabad is financially, socially, and physically feasible. People will turn out in masses, it will be MUCH better than empty stands and boring Dubai.

If we can televise 10 List A matches in dangerous Faisalabsd during Pakistan Cup. Why can’t we organize 5 T20 matches in peaceful Muzzafarabad? This stadium will be neutral stadium home for Peshawar, Quetta, whom most likely won’t get to use their actual stadiums

There doesn't need to be a 'one nation' for you to travel to another country for sightseeing.

Not possible between us now. India and Pakistan are bitter enemies and this region will never be peaceful enough for normal citizens to check out such heavenly remote places.

The players today expect 5 star hotel facilities with recreational options, gyms, swimming pools. In the next few months we are going to inspect the state of the stadiums throughout the country and assess what needs to be done

1) Rawalpindi Stadium

- It is being renovated and upgraded, Rs 100 million has already been spent on it and it should be ready by June-July 2019. Obviously it is not going to be like the National Stadium but its good enough

2) Multan Stadium

- We have a good stadium in Multan, it is close to 5 star facilities, it will need some upgrading ofcourse

I realistically expect that we can get 4-5 stadiums in Pakistan up and running for the next PSL in 2020 and that way each stadium can have an average of 7-8 games in total

3) Hyderabad Stadium

- The CM of Sindh urged that we hold a few PSL matches in Hyderabad next year, but the problem is we don't have any ownership of the stadium and the stadium over there is in very bad shape, there are also no floodlights in Hyderabad and there are no 5 star facilities close by so it will be a logistical problem

- I told the CM if he wants it done then he has to work on the stadium and do something about the 5 star facilities

4) Miranshah Credit Stadium

- I have been told that there is a good stadium there

5) Shahid Afridi Cricket Stadium in Fata

- I have been told that there is a good stadium there

6) Muzzafarabad Cricket Stadium

- I have been told that there is not only a good Cricket Stadium there but there is also an Excellent 5 star Pearl Continental Hotel close by as well. If we can even hold one PSL game there, we will do it and DGISPR has assured us that he will provide us with all the logistical support that we need

There should be no cricket on this venue if they don’t improve the pitches and outfield. It was a horrible viewing experience for me to watch LQ’s talent hunt tournament on this venue. Watching puffs of dust coming out of the ground every time a player dived to save the boundary and watching the ball barely getting to batsmen’s knees will not improve the viewing experience of PSL.
