Name those so called "elite" bowlers who are most unreliable in the death overs

Death overs demand great skill, proficiency and accuracy. And this is the reason, not every bowler could step up to bowl the death overs for their side. And especially when match is in a delicate balance and a big over could result in a team's doom.

So as you know there are many players with big fanfare and poor performance; some of them even let their teams down big time. So who in your opinion are such characters that needs to be exposed now.

I know the 2015 WC semi-final is imprinted in everyone's memory. But Styen actually has a pretty okay record at the death in ODIs:

76 wickets @ 16.3 with an ER of 6.45

Off the top of my head, I can only think of Shami. Bowling at the death is just not his strong suit. Has an ER of 7.75.

Being successful in death overs is a rare quality only a few bowlers have possessed. Rest all have been average to crap so hard to name a few, most of them struggle.

In my memory, bowlers like Wasim, Gul, Mallinga, Bumrah emerged as really good death bowlers.

Bumrah is pure class. This man is special at any over at any situation in the match. He's the nearest thing to Wasim Akram in terms of being impactful throughout a match, any format, anywhere in the world. What Wasim is to today's generation, Bumrah will be those that grew up seeing him.

This. Death bowling cannot be looked at in isolation.

Even average bowlers do well at the death if the attack has taken 6 wickets or more in the first 40 overs.

Even the best bowlers will get hammered by set batsmen at the death.

I already acknowledge that bumrah is > any Pakistani bowler > 2010.

For the last couple of years, Shaheen has taken a nose dive in that death bowling department.

Amir is also not that of a great death bowler. We have seen how he lost some games including that botched over against USA and then in PSL etc. (IT DOES NOT MATTER ANYMORE FOR PAKISTAN BECAUSE HE IS A NOBODY FOR THIS COUNTRY NOW, RETIRED PLAYER HE IS)
