Narendra Modi finally announces economic package amidst COVID19 outbreak

On the topic, not all of 20 lakh crores actually mean cash in hand. It's just that govt. is pushing money into economy rather than giving cash into ppl's hand. These r more of liquidity measures

For ex:

Scenario 1 : My employer says 'Hey I can give u Rs 5 lakh as loan apart from salary with low interest. You can avail it if you need'

Scenario 2 : My employer directly giving Rs 10000 as bonus into my salary.

Scenario 1 is example of liquid measure. Not all employees take loan only ppl needed avail it.

But employer (with 1000 employees) can say that I have introduced/invested Rs 50 crore into company (5 lakh X 1000)

Putting more cash in hand, lol by this 2%, they can't be funnier and dumber just like their master.

Without looking at any details, where India is getting extra $300B? Unless they are taking debt, it's hard to put 10% of GDP as stimulus for developing countries.
Don't be a killjoy for bhakts, they are still basking in the glory of 20 lakh crores.

damn i just checked

Indians are paying almost twice as much as Pakistanis for every litre of petrol (in USD equivalent terms). but countries like france, ireland, Uk etc even more expensive.

but i dont think you can call it 'loot' lol
It's a loot, a gargantuan loot, no two ways about it. We have been duped of thousands of crores of rupees by this government over last 6 years.

And you can't possibly compare us with French, Englishmen annd other developed countries.

Modi’s Popularity Soars as India Weathers the Pandemic

Recent opinion polls show that in the past few months Mr. Modi’s already high approval ratings have soared even higher, touching 80, even 90 percent. Unlike two of the populist leaders to whom he is often compared, President Trump and President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia, Mr. Modi is weathering this crisis quite well.

Good to see country is still not falling for the fake agenda of liberals and totally understands their hypocracy. How much ever you want to pull the man down, he will only become that much stronger. If 23May 2019 was a slap....2024 election will be a total knockout. Just wait.

Joke's on you to even think that pseudo sickular and fake liberals have any say whatsoever outside of their online echo chambers. :))

They can rant day in day out on twitter and online forums but their words have as much value as that of a toilet paper. :)

The government's Rs 20.97 lakh crore COVID-19 package lacks in addressing the immediate concerns of the economy as the actual fiscal impact of the additional stimulus is only about 1 per cent of the GDP as opposed to the claim of 10 per cent, Fitch Solutions said on Tuesday.

About half of the package amount covers fiscal measures that had previously been announced and also include the estimated economic impact of monetary stimulus from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI)," Fitch Solutions said in a note.
