Nawaz Sharif to be back in the PM house as "First Man" if Kulsoom Nawaz becomes Prime Minister?

So i was thinking after wining this seat there is a chance that Kulsoom will become PM and Nawaz will be back in PM house. The wife of male PM is called first lady so what are we going to call husband of female PM? First Man or something else?
