New Zealand XI: 1 Martin Guptill, 2 Tom Latham, 3 Kane Williamson (capt), 4 Neil Broom, 5 James Neesham, 6 Colin Munro, 7 Luke Ronchi (wk), 8 Mitchell Santner, 9 Tim Southee, 10 Matt Henry, 11 Jeetan Patel

Bangladesh XI: 1 Tamim Iqbal, 2 Imrul Kayes, 3 Mahmudullah, 4 Shakib Al Hasan, 5 Sabbir Rahman, 6 Mosaddek Hossain, 7 Nurul Hasan (wk), 8 Tanbir Hayder :inzi , 9 Mashrafe Mortaza (capt), 10 Mustafizur Rahman, 11 Taskin Ahmed

Bangladesh have won the toss and opted to bat first. Mustafizur returns in place of Subashis Roy. Two changes for Kiwis, Patel & Henry in for Ferguson and Boult.

Dropped Subhashis Roy and playing Tanbir Hyder

Subhashish bowled well and was economical, Mash and his blind love for the overrated Taskin is getting pathetic. Mashrafee favoritism is costing us big time. Because of Mash, RBX can't make the squad and we all know Mash doesn't like the youngsta beauty Miraz.

I thought Bangladesh would put up more of a fight.

This has been a real one-sided series.

Riyadh needs to be dropped, looking at Riyadh batting, unfair on Soumya. At least soumya didn't suck this bad

Have seen Latham get out like that plenty of times now, surprised he hasn't looked to correct such an obvious technical flaw - planting the front foot to the incoming ball, he ends up always playing all around it and getting out plumb in front.

Fizz growing in confidence. Pace is slightly up from the previous match but still below what it was pre-surgery. He has a new action possibly to prevent further injuries. His old action looked better.

Guptill looks to be in pain. Second hamstring injury in the series after Mushfiqur.

I think we have better players than Riyadh and Mosaddek, Shakib is more like a lower order batsman. Need an inform Soumya back

I don't feel like supporting this nonsense of a team. In the past we would always play to our strengths.

Now we put Imrul in slips where he has dropped a hundred catches and play this abomination called tanbir haider who has crappy stats.

And have no clue what has gone wrong with riad. 4 runs in 3 matches

Welcome to the club man :butt

BPL kinda spoiled them, they actually think they achieved everything, social media is the downfall for Nasir and will be for Sabbir.

Gutted Fizzy was denied a second by Imrul. Don't care about the result now that the series is already lost. Just want Fizz to do well and maintain his ridiculous average.

What's the hypothetical average of Fizz?:amir

That isn't going to happen, it will be in the mid 20's in a few years time. It always happens, Philander, Henry and Mitch all had sub 20 averages but they have only gone up over time. Philander was very impressive as he maintained it for several years and won SA plenty of matches.

I know that it's not possible over time. Want him to keep it under 20 for as long as possible. Also he has the fastest to 50 and 100 wickets records firmly in his sights.

Fair enough.

We are lacking a character like stokes who would kick his teammates if necessary.

Our Senior players are boring. Hardly shows any enthusiasm as if they would rather go back home and spoon-feed their kids

True man, I give up on these bunch of overrated failed school kids. Apart from Mustafiz we don't really have any genuine strike bowlers. Our batsmen bats like they are in the 80s.

My new year's resolution 1) Quit being a cricket fan :moyo

I am finding cricket so boring nowadays and feel like it's taking valuable time from me, Time which I can rather spend on learning a new skill and show off to people :asif . 8 - 9 Hour for an ODI match, Test matches 40 hours, omg  I quit being a fan Jabra style

BD has played played very dull cricket in this ODI series. Losing and winning is different issue.

This lad really is cutter or nothing Junaids

How on earth can anyone call him a future ATG of the game when he's so damn one dimensional?

Who?? The Fizz?
Yes.

Bangladeshi's take it too personally but I don't see anything in him. He may be taking wickets, but he relies solely on slower deliveries to pick up wickets. What happens once players catch on and figure him out? He's not going to be anywhere near as effective.

Same opinion here bro.. Once a batsman get the hang of him ,he will be taken to cleaners. I saw 18 year old Sarfaraz Khan taking him apart in IPL. Novelty factor is not gonna be there forever

More than him, I am trying to understand why BD fans rate Taskin.

I am so annoyed at Neesham right now

Like does it lack that much situation awareness ?

There are 10 overs left but hes hooking and pullign everything
really un-sportsman like by Neesham here
It's Kane's fault, he was given so many chances to get it.

Once again his inability to accelerate on show.

No but its not like there is a bonus point to take home so you need to finish early

Neesham deliberately throwing bat at everyhting as if you need 20 off last over ..yous needed like 10 off last ten overs

Realy selfish from nessahm

Kane was given ample opportunity to get it, but he cares more for the not out.

Kane probably went over to Neesham and said don't think about my century being a captain and all. I doubt he won't be disappointed though on missing out on the century.

Kane lacks the gear to accelerate like Kohli or even Root has.

There was no need to accelerate

Like why could not they have given kane a lil time to reach it

Yep, Neesham was striking it much better than him. Even Broom overtook him with ease.

Team comes first, if you're good enough, you can get it. Neesham gave him ample opportunity to get it too, it would have been silly for him to drag it out any longer.

Watched Mustafizur live for the first time and quite disappointed, the way he is hyped by some fans you would think he would be a decent bowler...

Relies far to heavily on variations and yet to see him get any lateral movement.

Amusing seeing so many fans hail the kid as a future ATG.

Kane will remember this and Neesham can kiss his career goodbye. People remember all these things, remember Sachin still moans about how Dravid declared, should have let his Kaptaan score a ton, even though anyone can score a ton against Bangladesh still a ton is a ton. Even Sachin's highest is against Us, same for Gillespie.

With his action from what I saw in IPL and other matches ,there occur no changes in his action when he bowls the cutter, remember Gavaskar slowing down the video inspite of that it remains the same.

His fitness is almost below par that its not even a joke but he is going to be very dangerous in SC due to his cutters and in a good team he would be great addition.

Bangladesh has been disappointing this tour considering how well they have played in 2016 would say they ended on a very sorry note, inspiring no confidence lets see how the Indian tour goes now.
