I personally expect just Azhar to maybe be dropped. I can't see the management dropping Hafeez or Malik. Hafeez will probably open or be retained at No.4 and perform. Malik will play and get a quick fire 40 to 50 odd and retain his position to after the 2019 World Cup and confirm his participation in the 2020 T20 World Cup. Maybe we might see either Rumman, Amir or Faheem get dropped for Amir Yamin but that's a big maybe.

I think Imam and Sohail both get a game, so Azhar and one of Hafeez / Malik is likely to be dropped. Probably Malik since Hafeez just scored that 60 and bought himself another series

I would love to see Haris and Imam get game and would love to see Hafeez and Malik dropped. We could potentially also see Nawaz picked instead of Malik but that's highly unlikely

This isn't UAE and the opposition isn't WI.

I expect both the seniors to continue doing what they have been doing: failing.

Well this game isn't important so there's basically not alot of pressure for both men. I can actually see both men perform. Would I like to see that????? NO. I agree with you that they both could fail but I somehow expect them to perform provided both of them play the next 4th ODI.

What I would make the team for today's game

Fakhar
Fahim - test him in the opening position, he's a hitter and he can provide us the quick start we need
Sarfraz - should handle the most important position in the line up and lead from the front
Babar - he fails countering new ball so this position might suit him
Sohail - middle order
Malik - He can hit the ball and so coming in late and slogging might work for him
Shadab
Yamin
Nawaz
Amir
Hasan

So all our players can bat and we have 8 bowlers, 9 if Sohail is included
