Traditional Bengali Chicken Karahi | Authentic Village-Style Home Cooking

Fantastic source of Complex carbohydrate which digests slowly so awesome food and great if you throw in some good Protein.I know its not listed, but Haleem beats nihari, everyday of the week
I went here again a few days ago. I take back my recommendation. It was pretty meh this time around. Also they were out of nalli.Delhi Nihari in saddar Lahore is my favourite. Their special version brings in nalli and maghaz into the mix too. With the freshly made naan/khameeri roti it’s heavenly.
Waris and Muhammadi are the two more famous ones in Lahore.
Without meat, how do you get good adequate good protein in your diet for general public and masses?
waris nihari is actually pretty solid too, I reckon I went there and we sat outside, great experienceI went here again a few days ago. I take back my recommendation. It was pretty meh this time around. Also they were out of nalli.
My absoulite favourite is a spicy chicken or salmon Biryani.
Chiken karahi is also delicious if it's spicy.
But Haleem, I just can not eat that. Mixing daal with gosht, no no ouff that's not for me.
