October 24, 1996: Hasan Raza made his debut on this day, he was only 14 back then – which to this date makes him the youngest ever cricketer to make a debut.

After his debut, Hasan Raza represented Pakistan in seven Test matches, and sixteen one-day matches having played his last international match ten years ago against England in 2005.

Still remember hasan raza leading Pak u15 tournament. They played Ind u 15 led by ritender sodhi in the finals at lords. Was a closely fought game and raza was the highest scorer. Remember the commentators tipping him for greatness.

Pakistani player's birthdays are always disputed. There will always be an asterisk* against this 'record'.

Don't think his actual age was more than 2 years above the recorded one. Incredible to play international cricket so young, although doing so ruined what could have been a promising career.
