Once the bat is in, it should be in

It seems unfair that at the instant that if the bat is in air it gets out. Once the bat has been on the ground inside the crease it should be considered the batsman has reached.
 
Then batsmen should be given not out when stumped even if the foot is in the air.

Can't have different rules.
 
Leave something for the fielding side as well. All rules cant be favouring Batsmen.
