Origin of Arains

So basically i am an arain and i just want to know what were the origins of my tribe. Some arains say we were descendants of the muslim invaders that invaded india.

Most likely nonsense. I'd guess we're natives whose ancestors adopted Islam hundreds of years ago. It's possible many Arain do have foreign admixture but that's bound to happen with the amount of mixing that's happened in Punjab over the last 1000 years.
