p.s. This Evans guy is a throwback to old fashioned tall test-class medium fast bowlers. He delivers the balls close to the stumps and has deceptive pace and bounce. Really like the look of him. This is the kind of bowler that I want Pakistan to have in test cricket but we never get anyone like that.

You are saying as if I have an agenda against a player. He's a stodgy player who either blocks or hits a big shot & this just breaks the rhythm of the opening partnership as the other batter is not getting any opportunities.

There are also players like Hassan Nawaz, Maaz Sadaqat, Muhammad Haris, etc. who have left their preferred batting positions to accommodate him. If he takes over the gloves and bats at 1 then it's fine.
